Support tickets
No internal helpdesk yet. Until one ships, this view inventories the inbound channels.
Trusta has no integrated helpdesk. The plan post-launch: integrate Plain or Front via webhook into a new
support_tickets table and surface open / pending / resolved counts here, with assignment + SLA timers. For now, support is a manual loop through the channels below.Email — ernest@interstellar.cm

Transactional sender. Inbound capture not configured — bounces and complaints land in Email/Deliverability instead.

Notification bot. Does not accept free-form support messages yet — could be wired with a /support command.
In-app feedback widget
Not built. The hook would post to a new `support_tickets` table; this page would surface it.
Next step: integration with Plain.com (open SaaS, $0 dev tier). When wired, this page becomes a ticket queue.
