Support tickets

No internal helpdesk yet. Until one ships, this view inventories the inbound channels.

Trusta has no integrated helpdesk. The plan post-launch: integrate Plain or Front via webhook into a new support_tickets table and surface open / pending / resolved counts here, with assignment + SLA timers. For now, support is a manual loop through the channels below.
